We are looking for an Administrative and Events Assistant (m/f/x) for one of our international clients in Brussels.
As an Administrative and Events Assistant (m/f/x), you will have the following tasks:
- Support in general administration and support tasks (organize meetings, manage calendars, paperwork, answer e-mails..).
- Support in handling incoming invoices and payments to providers.
- Maintain accurate records in the membership and contacts database.
- Support in providing information to potential members and to new members.
- Support in the organization of workshops, meetings and events (logistics, collaboration with providers, set up of the rooms, preparation of events materials such as name badges, nameplates, online voting…)
- Attend events in Brussels and, when required, in other European countries.
- Support in liaising with participants and speakers of events (send invitations, follow up of registrations, welcome desk..
- Support, when required, in communication campaigns related to the events (e.g. social media).
The successful candidate for this position of Administrative and Events Assistant (m/f/x) will have the following profile:
- Three years of exeprience in a similar role
- Excellent spoken and written English and good level of French
- Organised, flexible and open-minded
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and collaborative tools
