Event Assistant (M/F/X) - Brussels

Functieomschrijving

As an Event Assistant, your role will include:


  • Organising internal events (fashion team-building, seasonal events, after-show parties, etc.)

  • Supporting the coordination of external events (fashion shows, influencer events, etc.)

  • Assisting the office manager with the day-to-day operations of the office

  • Managing office supply orders and inventory

  • Assisting with the management of company assets

  • Providing general administrative support

Profiel


  • Bachelor's degree in office management, fashion management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a creative or fashion environment

  • A proactive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy

  • Strong team spirit with a passion for the fashion industry
