Functieomschrijving

As our Office and Event Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while helping us organize impactful events. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and supplies.

  • Assisting with event planning, logistics, and execution.

  • Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Creating a welcoming and organized work environment.

  • Supporting the internal communications.

Profiel

No prior experience is required-we're looking for someone with the right attitude and drive to make a difference. You are:


  • Fluent in English and have perfect proficiency in either Dutch or French (both are a plus!).

  • A self-starter who is proactive, reliable, and takes initiative.

  • Friendly and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving.

  • Passionate about working in a dynamic non-profit environment.
