For our client, a biotech company in Zwijnaarde, we are looking for a strong administrative profile to work as a QA Release Specialist. In this role, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for:
- Managing batch-related documents (issuance, review, approval, and alignment).
- Issuance and periodic review of existing procedures.
- Ensuring the flow of documents related to the production plan.
- Storage and archiving of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) documents and batch-related records.
- Reviewing GMP logbooks and checking and approving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Performing all tasks consistently with safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
Profiel
For this administrative role as a Document Control Specialist, we are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking. Have a foreign diploma that hasn’t been officially recognized yet? You’re welcome to apply!
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- The ability to handle changing priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift system; you work 4 days and then have 4 days off. Shifts include (6 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–8 PM, 12 PM–10 PM, and 2 PM–12 AM), averaging 50% weekend work due to the rotation.

For this administrative role as a Document Control Specialist, you can expect the following benefits:
- After an interim period of approximately 6 months, you will receive a permanent contract.
- Salary will be adjusted to your educational level and supplemented with meal vouchers worth €7/day.
- Shift bonuses: early shift 9%, day shifts 4%, afternoon 12%, late shift 15%, and Sunday work at 200%.
