- Billing & Invoicing: Manage customer billing for services and software, handle intercompany invoicing, and support product maintenance administration.
- Master Data Management: Oversee customer and vendor data, time registration, and expense sheets.
- Contract Administration: Record and manage contracts in SAP, perform conformity checks, and handle the indexation process.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Accounting Support: Assist with accounting closing periods and internal billing
- Subcontracting Support: Manage time registration, Service Entry Sheets, and purchase order registration for subcontracting processes.
- CV Layouting & General Support: Adapt CVs for customer offers and support database maintenance, while providing general administrative support for the platform and operations department.
Profil
Experienced Professional: Proven expertise in customer administration within a services company or sales support role.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and adept at organizing complex tasks.
Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to supporting teammates and meeting deadlines.
Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, with the ability to read and understand Dutch.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and/or an ERP software, with SAP experience being a plus.

Our client offers you a fixed contract after a convincing interim period. You will work a day schedule in a 39/37 hour regime generating 12 days of compensatory work. Your salary will be defined on the basis of your skills and experience and will be accompanied by various extra-legal benefits.
