Receptionist

Our client is looking for a receptionist.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Reception – welcoming visitors in a warm and personal manner
- First person of contact for incoming phone calls
- Distribution and sending of post and faxes
- Follow up of general email inbox
- Reservation of meeting rooms, parking places, etc.
- General office tasks such as hotel reservations, booking train and aeroplane tickets, ordering catering, overseeing cleaning team, management of visitors' badges
- Support for projects and other services (such as induction programmes, etc.).
Profil
Profile of the succesful candidate for this position of receptionist:
- You have an excellent level of French and Dutch;
- Independent and stress resistant
- Customer-oriented and discreet
- Strong IT skills (MSOffice – Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar function
- Qualification at Bachelor level – preference Office management, hotel management or any other language-oriented discipline
- You have a ‘can do’, pragmatic attitude and are keen to learn;
- You have great organisational skills and set high standards for yourself;
- You are pro-active and are attentive to detail.
