Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing Pharma Technology’s marketing strategy in collaboration with management.
- Leading digital marketing initiatives: managing the website, SEO, content creation, and automation.
- Creating impactful marketing materials like brochures, videos, and white papers.
- Organizing key global events, including exhibitions, seminars, and agent meetings.
- Ensuring consistent and effective corporate branding across all marketing channels.
- Analyzing campaign performance to improve future marketing efforts.
Profil
- You bring at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector.
- You are creative, inventive, solution-oriented with an eye for detail and you have strong organizational and planning skills.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking initiative and making decisions independently, all while aligning with strategic goals.
- Fluent in English, you excel at working across diverse markets and cultures, and you’re a true team player with excellent communication skills.
- You understand that teamwork and quick communication are essential to success, which is why you're happy to be present at the office (Nivelles) at least four times a week. Pharma Technology’s policy on homeworking is designed to ensure solidarity with all employees, including those who are in the production facilities daily, and to foster stronger collaboration within the team.
