Communication and events officer

We are looking for a
Communication and Events Officer for a client specialized in the medical sector.
Tasks :
- Event web site review and updating ;
- Prepare and coordinate communications ;
- Development of event app ;
- Order and prepare materials ;
- Customer service support related to participants (registrations, speakers, grantees) ;
- Administrative support related to participants (registrations, speakers, grantees) ;
- Prepare participation of the staff team in events (housing, travel, and meeting arrangements) ;
- Logistical support (together with operations team) ;
- Post-event evaluations and reporting.
Profil
Required skills and experience :
- Well-developed administrative and computer skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based event administration tools (Wordpress), use of email ;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/French ;
- Completed education in business administration, hospitality or event management ;
- Some experience in a related position is a plus.
