We are looking for an administrative assistant for a well-known international client.
Tasks and Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Taking minutes at meetings;
- Web administration and other IT tasks;
- Update databases;
- Assist with event registrations;
- General administrative office tasks.
Profil
Education and Skill Requirements:
- Graduate in Communication, Economics and Business Management;
- Fluent in English en French or Dutch;
- Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as teamwork;
- Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, etc;
- Positive attitude, multi-tasker, motivated, flexible, team player.
