My client is a market leader in the Energy Sector with activities in Europe and UK

FINANCIAL ANALYST

As an Financial Analyst, your main tasks will be:

• Ensure to align the Business Plan with quality standards and renewable energy developments


• Collaborate with the Finance team to provide regular updates on key financial metrics and assumptions


• Contribute to annual budgeting process for pipeline projects


• Assist the Development and Construction teams in crafting detailed business plans and ensure project timelines are met


• Prepare documents for investment decision-making gates


• Evaluate investment outcomes by comparing assumptions with actual performance


• Conduct and support financial analyses related to a several topics


• Work closely with entities in Wallonia and Flanders to advance renewable projects


• Stay updated on financial mechanisms and subsidies to ensure project viability


• Support the development of pricing structures for assets via Power Purchase Agreements.

FINANCIAL ANALYST

The profile we are looking for:

• You have a degree in Finance, economy or related field


• You have at least 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Investment Analysis


• You have experience in the energy sector or a real interest about it


• You are fluent in French & Dutch, English is a plus


• You are a real team player


• You are enthusiast, rigorous, number cruncher and autonomous
