The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :
Manage strategic accounts to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
Develop a comprehensive Key Account Plan, analyzing strategic account development and translating it into actionable short-, mid-, and long-term priorities.
Lead strategic projects, coordinating cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure successful execution.
Oversee tender processes, ensuring competitive, accurate, and timely proposals to meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and price revisions, balancing customer expectations with company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively hunting for growth potential within and beyond existing accounts.
Resolve key client issues and challenges, acting as a strategic link between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Contribute to company planning processes, preparing volume forecasts, sales plans, and budgets for customer volumes, revenues, and timelines.
Demonstrate strong financial acumen, providing insights into business drivers and constraints to optimize account performance.
