1 - Hiring and Resourcing Strategies
- Identifies recruitment priorities driven by business strategy with a focus on exceeding internal customer expectations.
- Creates the resourcing brief with hiring manager to outline the approach, including channels for sourcing, budget, assessment and timescales.
- Responsible for outlining the recruitment plan for France and Belgium in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Manger
- In conjunction with the TAM work in collaboration with the Red HR team to oversee the transition of a combined Group Recruitment Team, ensuring collaborative working in all areas of recruitment process.
- Identify what the employer branding value proposition is for France and Belgium and ensure that this is implemented into the EB strategy, creation of EB recruitment calendar to highlight key recruitment campaigns.
2 - Talent Attraction
- Drafts publishes and translates recruitment advertisements using appropriate channels.
- Sources candidates internally and externally using innovative and effective techniques and channels.
- Works effectively with external suppliers and agencies, where required, to support the delivery of key hires.
- Overseas the quality of all communications are accurate in content, spelling and grammar and reflect company values.
3 - Interviewing & Selection Techniques
- Provides a short list of high-quality candidates that match the brief, meeting time-to-hire guidelines.
- Designs bespoke assessment tools appropriate to the role to deliver a fair and robust selection process.
- Supports the team in delivering high-volume recruitment initiatives for key roles, including Train Managers, Contact Centre Advisors, Customer Service Team Members and Maintainer Engineers, as required.
- Coaches and develop line managers on all aspects of the recruitment process to ensure a fair, robust and timely process.
4 - Candidate Journey
- Identify what our current candidate journey looks like in France and Belgium, identifying improvements to ensure best practice at each touch point and help create a seamless candidate journey for all applicants.
- Plans, organizes and manages resources effectively to offer a seamless and efficient candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Provides candidates with clear, objective feedback and aligned with our company values.
- Champions innovative change and continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional candidate experience at all touch points.
5 - Reporting
- Updates the team on the progress of all roles (filled, live and on hold) and the results achieved to ensure reporting is up to date and accurately reflects past, current and future activities via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other means of business reporting, as required.
- Tracks performance of all sourcing channels, analyzing data to measure return on investment, using results to shape our future approach.
6 - Projects
- Work in line with the Talent Acquisition Manger to lead on specialist projects, including phasing of integration tools and processes and ways of fire.
7 People Management
- Will be responsible for the management of Talent Acquisition Specialists focused in France and Belgium, to support the Talent Acquisition Manger to achieve recruitment objectives and to deliver the recruitment strategy.
- Establish a good relationship with HR Business Partners in France and Belgium to deliver a good, combined service to the business.
- Will deputize for the Talent Acquisition Manager when required.
8 - Relationship Management
- In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manger will oversee and manage relationships with external service providers and maintain a good relationship with partners.
Profiel
Degree or equivalent in a business-related subject, desirable but not essential.
Minimum of 6 year's experience.
Experience in managing 360 recruitment - planning & organizing, sourcing techniques including social media, interviewing, negotiating and stakeholder management.
Networking & relationship-building skills
Fluency in French & English advanced
