Strategic Product Manager with a passion for the leisure sector!
The job in a nutshell This is a newly created position, reporting into the CEO and working closely with the international Technical & Innovation Salto Wecosystem team. Responsible for defining the global product strategy for Vintia’s international portfolio of software solutions, the Strategic Product Manager (SPM) sets the product vision and strategy across all Vintia organizations to support international growth ambitions. Advocating for clients, the SPM ensures that products meet user needs and fulfil strategic business objectives.
- Plan and direct the resources and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products, from conception, through development, to launch and commercialization.
- Impact decision making inside and outside of the software engineering realm. All software decisions have an impact on our hardware products. Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues from different disciplines.
- Oversee new product development and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to prioritize and ensure that new and existing products support the organization's financial goals.
- Prioritize enhancement requests and craft and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that serves as both an internal compass and an external guidepost for the product's trajectory.
- Participate in client events and forums to positively represent the organization and develop and maintain relationships with the industry. conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to ensure product decisions align with their expectations.
- Define and execute our product roadmap by leveraging on data and analytics, making difficult trade-offs and ensuring the successful launch of brand new products, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.
- Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

- 5+ years of experience in a product growth leadership role.
- Strategic thinker with intrapreneurial skills helping business achieve top line goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for bridging technical and business perspectives
- Empathy for customer needs and insights, coupled with an intuitive grasp of commercial opportunities
- Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable and complex applications.
- Knowledge of multiple software languages and cybersecurity best practices; expertise in cloud hosting ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Fluent in English and German. Dutch and/or French are an important asset.
