- Lead the startup, shift & shutdown of the food stall.
- Responsible for the distribution of work, monitor its implementation in accordance with the guidelines.
- Hire, train & evaluate staff.
- Lead by example of hosting, taking care of guests, serving food & drinks, and engaging with customers.
- Point of contact regarding events, troubleshooting, specific requests, and complaints.
- Evaluate guest feedback, address problems in the workplace & actively look for solutions with the team.
- Manage inventory and purchase supplies.
- Monitor and implement health, safety & quality procedures.
- Supervise the maintenance of the restaurant, troubleshoot when technical issues occur.
- Support HR to organize and make team schedule.
SHIFTLEADER KITCHEN
- Help with the mise-en-place of the dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food.
- Operate the fryer, oven & BBQ during service.
- Prepare, arrange, and garnish dishes during service.
- Collaborate with the rest of the (culinary) team to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Respect safety standards during the work &maintain a clean workspace and take care of kitchen tools.
- Ensure all FAVV & HACCP regulations are followed. (From labelling, storing, FIFO and logging reports)
- Cleaning and restoring everything for the next shift.
