Project Officer (Security)

Join our HR team as a Project Officer (Security), where you'll oversee daily security operations across our Zaventem and Steenokkerzeel sites. • Access Control: Manage and assign access profiles, ensuring only authorized personnel access specific areas.
• Camera Surveillance: Oversee and maintain video surveillance systems.
• Security Staff Supervision: Lead G4S security teams, conduct evaluations, and provide training.
• Policy Implementation: Translate and apply Group security standards locally in collaboration with the HR Director and facility management.
• External Collaboration: Work with partners like G4S and government agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk analyses and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Emergency Planning: Help develop and coordinate emergency response plans.

Your profile:

• 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in a production environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Proactive in identifying and solving security issues.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
• Experience with privacy laws and security practices is a plus.
