Are you a meticulous and proactive professional with a passion for planning and supply chain management? We are on the lookout for a dynamic Production Planner to ensure seamless production processes, optimize internal and external workload, and maintain top-notch quality standards.?? Production Planner Key Responsibilities:Production Planner Internal Planning:
- Manage production schedules based on internal sales orders.
- Create and update manufacturing orders in SAP.
- Maintain a 15-day rolling schedule and adapt to changes.
- Resolve quality and production issues, communicating with sales when necessary.
- Forecast workload and anticipate subcontracting needs.
- Participate in daily and weekly production meetings.
- Monitor stocks and KPIs, making necessary adjustments.
- Execute SAP transactions and close manufacturing orders.
- Schedule production with subcontractors based on internal sales orders.
- Assess subcontractor capacities and timelines.
- Reserve capacities in collaboration with project managers and supply chain colleagues.
- Update and communicate schedules with subcontractors.
- Track daily production with subcontractors to confirm plans with internal sales.
- Generate purchase requests, manufacturing orders, and SAP orders.
- Organize deliveries and create delivery notes.
- Plan internal and external retris based on internal sales needs.
- Analyze monthly internal and subcontractor workloads.
- Maintain and communicate updated schedules.
- Track daily retris with subcontractors.
- Coordinate the sending of necessary elements to subcontractors.
- Organize deliveries and create delivery notes.
- Create and update master data for new articles.
- Manage end-of-life products and adjust data as necessary.
- Report anomalies and relevant information to the planning manager.
- Collaborate with various departments including quality, production, development, and sales.
- Ensure packaging availability with the procurement team.
- Provide backup support in the absence of colleagues.
- Engage in health & safety processes and hazard identification.
- Participate in incident investigations and safety culture promotion.
- Adhere to PPE and safety rules.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in English.
