The client is a leading European manufacturer of cleaning products. It's UK-based company specialized in the production of cleaning products, serving major supermarket chains. The central office supports commercial, marketing, and support functions for Belgium, the Netherlands, and other regions. Known for its strong presence in the private-label market, it combines local expertise with the company's extensive European network.
The Product Marketing Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
- Conduct market research, including store checks and mystery shopping, to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop and adapt products in alignment with market insights and customer feedback, ensuring they meet regional requirements.
- Benchmark against competitors to replicate and improve product offerings where needed.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) in Belgium and the Netherlands to provide marketing support and insights.
- Liaise with internal divisions (e.g., packaging engineers) to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery.
- Build strong internal networks across regions and business units.
- Lead product-focused initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Manage cross-functional communication to align product development with business goals.
- Generate ideas to support business growth in the Dutch-speaking region, leveraging opportunities in private-label markets.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to enhance client satisfaction and drive market share growth.
