Our client is one of the biggest players in the e-commerce industry.
In this role you will impact our Belgian customers experience directly. As Pricing Analyst you will be working with internal partner teams across EU and Worldwide to improve the customer experience. You will define strategy, requirements, and roll-out planning for short and long term initiatives in Belgium. To that end, you will be in regular communication with the leadership team on roadmaps, product and program updates, risks, and change management. Cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving, data deep dives, executive communication skills and exercising good judgement in highly ambiguous situations are core to this role. Key responsibilities include:
- Own Pricing metrics and reporting for Belgium.
- Working with CMT and EU Pricing to continuously improve BE Pricing in a scalable way.
- Deep diving data and customer anecdotes to creatively solve their problems and generate measurable impact.
Candidates for those roles will:
- Be methodical, analytical, objective, and goal-focused with a driving need for accuracy in attacking difficult problems.
- Identify, assess, track and resolve issues and risks at multiple levels.
- Build simplified processes to manage intake requests and drive effective decision making
- Be able to work cross-functionally with the EU business teams, executives and software development teams
- Enjoy solving problems and be an expert at crafting solutions, both strategically and tactically
Profile
- Solid analysis skills.
- Experience working with large/disparate data sets
- Good English: verbal and written communication skills
- SQL competency is nice to have
- Positions will be based in Brussel
- Able to start as soon as possible
