Pharma logistics employee/warehouse employee

Our client, based in Zwijnaarde, is a global biotechnology company bringing the innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. With this, the our client team makes a daily difference in the lives of many patients suffering from cancer and other life-threatening diseases. They are currently in a phase of strong growth and are looking for motivated and dedicated team members.

For our client, fast-growing & innovative biotechnology company, with a passion for its patients, we are looking for a warehouse employee.

As a logistics employee your responsibilities are:

• You receive biological products (packaged blood bags, viral vectors, etc.) in an environment with a controlled temperature and you process them accurately, human lives depend on this.


• You are responsible for quality controls and policy compliance.


• You work with equipment and materials stored cryogenically.


• You complete the forms and logbooks correctly to comply with GMP (good manufacturing practices) and GDP (good documentation practices).


• You work closely with the operations and quality department to support production and lab activities.


• You work in a clean environment and wear a sterile suit.


• You process in- and out-bond activities and register this in SAP.

• A strong sense of responsibility and passion to make a difference in the lives of patients.


• Clear communication with your colleagues and manager.


• You have at least a secondary education diploma or relevant warehouse experience in a pharmaceutical environment.


• Experience in pharma or biotech is not required as we provide full training.


• You have a strong affinity for carrying out administrative work, completing forms and logbooks.


• You have knowledge of GMP regulations.

You are a problem solver and have strong analytical and data skills.

You speak Dutch or English very well.
