- Oversee daily departmental operations and site program activities.
- Maintain and enhance the capacities of general and public services with a focus on safety and reliability.
- Define and implement strategic and tactical goals to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to provide technical and strategic support.
- Manage site engineering and maintenance, ensuring adherence to budgets, project specifications, and timelines.
Profiel
- Engineering degree with expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and OPEX management.
- Proven skills in budget management, team leadership, and investment management.
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate confidently and credibly at all levels.
- Desired qualities: autonomy, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and stress management.
