Junior Marketing Manager BeNeLux

- Regional Marketing Strategy: Implement the regional Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group's overall Marketing Strategy while considering the specific nuances of the BeNeLux market.
- Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to exchange insights on market trends, competitor actions, and customer behaviors, adapting regional strategies and uncovering new opportunities for the BeNeLux region.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with Sales teams to understand strategic market and customer needs, ensuring that marketing efforts align with both Marketing and Sales objectives, and co-develop data-driven call-to-action plans for success.
- Marketing Alignment: Coordinate with Marketing leadership on the Go-To-Market plan.
- Lead and Demand Generation: Carry out brand awareness, nurturing, and lead generation activities, along with Go-To-Market programs, to engage prospects and customers, thereby enhancing the sales pipeline.
- Performance Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven Martech insights to enhance performance and ROI.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.
2. 3-5 years of experience in field marketing at a global or regional level.
3. Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
5. Analytical skills with expertise in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
6. Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for events and meetings.
8. Creative problem-solving abilities for planning innovative marketing strategies.
9. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English; additional language skills are a plus.
