From analyzing malfunctions to proactively solving recurring problems: your efforts ensure that our customers can focus on their core business. You work both remotely and on-site at customers in the region of Limburg.
Key Responsibilities: - User Support
Provide support for hardware and software related problems through: - System and device management£
Install, configure and maintain IT systems and mobile devices.
Perform technical interventions, performance analysis and security checks to ensure optimal operation. - Technical troubleshooting
Identify and analyze technical problems and potential threats.
Proactively develop and propose solutions to prevent future complications. - Incident Management
Record and follow up incidents according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of incidents and actions. - Process optimization
Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, with a focus on efficient system management and high quality customer support. - Contract Management
Proactively manage customer contracts, including monitoring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to further improve customer relationships and contractual agreements.
