IT Support Specialist

Our client is a worldwide leader in the Travel Retail sector, leveraging its innovative culture to enhance the travel experience through tailored offers and unique experiences.

They are looking for an IT Support to assist the IT teams in supporting the teams in the field.

As an IT Support Technician, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are their IT hero, helping your colleagues in need, getting equipment back up and running, and ensuring our systems function properly. From computers and printers to payment terminals and networks - you handle it all!Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, payment terminals, and smartphones.


• Install and maintain network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and access points.


• Perform repairs on IT hardware, such as computers, printers, and network equipment.


• Provide technical support for the use of IT equipment and software.


• Manage machines in Active Directory (AD), including DNS and DHCP configurations.

• A degree in IT or a related field.


• A relevant experience in IT support.


• French, English and Dutch are mandatory for this position.


• Knowledge of network equipment and DNS/DHCP configurations.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
