Functieomschrijving
- You provide 1st line support to our headquarters’ colleagues and to end-users in our Essentiel Antwerp shops in Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Germany and UK.
- You install hardware, software, cash registers and mobile devices.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment.
- You train end-users.
- You create IT-Technical and User Manuals.
- You maintain the asset list(s) and actively report on necessary changes.
- You are an asset in shaping IT support within the department & company.

- You are service-oriented, and customer minded.
- You are an IT enthusiast, always up for a challenge.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written. French and German are considered an asset.
- You are eager to expand your knowledge and skills on a permanent base.
- You are organized, proactive and able to manage priorities autonomously.
- You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, and are willing to support outside normal office hours.
- You can handle stressful situations.
- You are an ambassador of the Essentiel Antwerp IT Team.
