What will you do? - Provide first-line and second-line support to end users to meet growing demand.
- Actively contribute to service desk activities and technical support during the construction phase.
- Perform on-site fieldwork in collaboration with the IT Field Engineer.
- Install, inspect, and maintain IT and telecommunication equipment.
- Manage end-user devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with various regional IT teams.
