- Access Control: Manage and assign access profiles, ensuring only authorized personnel access specific areas.
- Camera Surveillance: Oversee and maintain video surveillance systems.
- Security Staff Supervision: Lead G4S security teams, conduct evaluations, and provide training.
- Policy Implementation: Translate and apply Group security standards locally in collaboration with the HR Director and facility management.
- External Collaboration: Work with partners like G4S and government agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk analyses and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Emergency Planning: Help develop and coordinate emergency response plans.
