HR & Office Manager

Our client is a reputable firm in the business services industry, with a team of professionals dedicated to providing top-tier Business analysis and advice to their clients.

Located in Brussels, close to Bailli, this company has been exciting in Europe for more than 10 years now and has open their first office in Belgium about 3 years ago.

In constant growing, they are actively looking for someone to handle the administration part of the company.

• Oversee all HR-related functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.


• Manage office administrative tasks such as facilities management and procurement.


• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.


• Promote employee engagement and act as the point of contact for HR-related enquiries.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.


• Be the right hand of the CEO for all administrative tasks


• Manage the office in overall

A successful HR & Office Manager should have:

• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.


• An academic background in Human Resources Management or a related field.


• Proficiency in managing HR and office administration tasks.


• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ideally a first experience in a similar position.
