Functieomschrijving
- Problem solve customer issues
- Customer telephone reception and first interaction
- Evaluate the problem using standardized questionnaires
- Solve first-line problems using standardized protocols
- Document and answer general customer questions
- Log and report all other secondary issues
- Document customer and system information in the ERP system
- Follow up of the complete process from first call until final solution
- Closely collaborate with the service and planning team
- Clearly communicate and collaborate with your team members
- Classify and assign the customer calls in tickets and to the appropriate department and corresponding specialist
- Optimization of available customer information in ERP system and our database
- Help grow our knowledge base
Profiel
- Bachelor in Labscience (MLT), in Biomedical sciences, IT or equal in experience
- Knowledge of computers
- Well organized (both in writing and documentation) and problem solving mindset
- Positive attitude and stress resistance
- The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and loves interacting with people
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written, in English and Dutch
