As a Go-to-Market Executive, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on raising awareness, driving adoption, and increasing revenue within the merchant segment.
- Collaborate with the data and insights team to conduct market research, identifying target merchant segments, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Design the merchant journey based on insights from various teams (data, digital, communication, product).
- Identify the most effective channels to engage with target audiences and integrate segmentation data into strategies, working closely with the digital team.
- Collaborate with the product and communication teams to shape value propositions, product roadmaps, and communication plans.
- Align go-to-market plans with sales strategies by coordinating with commercial teams.
- Develop detailed go-to-market plans, outlining key objectives, timelines, and milestones.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to refine strategies.
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring coordination and timely delivery.
- Present campaign performance reports, providing key insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs to measure progress and success.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- At least 3 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or a related field, preferably in the B2B sector
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong skills in market segmentation, target market identification, and KPI setting.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and results.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives.
