• Own the recruitment process from start to finish across multiple countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France).


• Proactively source and engage top talent through innovative strategies and external partnerships-LinkedIn holds no secrets for you!


• Guide hiring managers through the selection process using ATS system to ensure the best fit for each role.


• Provide support when it comes to employer branding strategy to position the company as a top employer in the market.


• Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, making sure new employees feel welcome and integrate smoothly into our culture.


• Support managers in talent development, helping internal talent grow and advance within the organization.


• Lead and contribute to key HR projects, including the implementation of digital HR tools and systems.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within commercial, marketing, FMCG, or pharma sectors.


• A master's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or a related field.


• Fluent in Dutch, with strong proficiency in French and English.


• A collaborative mindset-you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
