First Line Manager Brewing
The FLM brewing is responsible for the organization of the entire manufacturing process within an operational team. He/she coordinates, motivates and coaches the team in order to achieve the set KPIs and department objectives in terms of safety, service to other departments and the quality of the finished product. These must be realized at an optimal cost, productivity and with the best production standards. At AB InBev, a challenge is more than a word, it’s a mindset. After all, we are the largest brewery in the world, with legendary brands like Stella Artois, Leffe and Jupiler.

- Leading a team of operators: you will lead shift handover meetings, plan staffing, identify training needs, maintain union relations, coach team members, assess individual performance, initiate improvement proposals and motivate the team.
- Constantly balancing the search for new, more efficient ways of working with the sustainable implementation of agreed and standardised working methods.
- The strict application of structured target setting and performance management processes.
- Ensuring that all projects are managed on time and within budget. Ensuring optimum flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs.
- Developing all team members so that the full potential of all employees can be utilized.
