Your mission
As a Digital Communication Manager, you coordinate and manage our digital campaigns across all platforms. You analyze the data to assess and improve the effectiveness of each campaign and define the best social media strategy to increase global brand awareness, whilst assiduously preserving brand equity.
What you’ll be doing:
Your team
You join the communication team of around ten people and report to the Communications Director. You'll be joining a dynamic team, passionate about fashion and the luxury industry.
As a Digital Communication Manager, you coordinate and manage our digital campaigns across all platforms. You analyze the data to assess and improve the effectiveness of each campaign and define the best social media strategy to increase global brand awareness, whilst assiduously preserving brand equity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build our digital communications strategy
- Prepare, manage and implement the organic social media editorial plan, in accordance with our strategy, values and action plan
- Take charge of community management, ensuring strong authentic engagement
- Keenly follow digital luxury trends and propose new ideas, optimizations, collaborators
- Take charge of KOL, VIP and digital creator relationship management (identifying potential collaborators, proposing projects, seeding campaigns, follow-up and reporting)
- Work closely with digital agencies to set up digital activations
- Monitor the campaign and make adjustments with the agency
- Manage the digital content on delvaux.com
- Optimize copy and landing pages together with the copywriter and SEO agency
- Oversee the setup and management of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns for Delvaux, in collaboration with our agency
- Create reporting that tracks KPIs, in order to optimize the campaigns & propose recommendations (SMA & SEA)
- Coordinate internally with the commercial, product and merchandising departments
- Work closely with our 7 regions to ensure proper implementation of our digital media strategy
Your team

Profiel
- You have 5-8 years of experience in the field of digital communications and marketing
- You are a digital native: the digital world is your playing field!
- You have a deep understanding of the luxury sector and its best practices.
- You have acquired an expertise in social media and you master the following tools: Business Manager, Google Analytics, Emplify, Canva etc.
- You communicate clearly and can use your creativity to craft visuals and written brand storytelling across various touchpoints.
- You are analytical but intuitive, you can structure your time and work efficiently, and execute precisely yet remain flexible and open.
- You can deal with a complex environment with many stakeholders and respect deadlines.
