Willems Biscuits is looking to strengthen the sales team with a Customer Service & Demand Manager in order to continue their growth path. In this role you lead the Sales Services team, optimize Sales & Operations Planning Processes and ensure efficient and effective sales operations. Willems Biscuits is specialized in private label brands with a focus on Speculoos, Spread, Waffles & Pastries internationally. The Sales Services team is responsible for the commercial & financial support within our sales department focused both on retail and B2B/OOH customers.
- You lead, build and coach a team of 6 customer service and sales assistants. You will provide the necessary structure in their way of working and ensure high-quality administrative follow-up and optimal service delivery.
- You have a key role in our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and are accountable for a high quality demand forecast for our Area. With your in-depth knowledge, you challenge our (National) Account Managers to help improve the process and take the necessary actions.
- You focus on continuous optimization of processes within the sales department. You analyze commercial and financial workflows and work actively with different stakeholders to identify opportunities to work on improvement projects.
- You ensure seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders regarding Sales services. You make sure that all parties are aligned by actively communicating updates, addressing concerns and coordinating activities regarding sales operations.
- In this role you report to the Sales Director of Customer Brand Business.
Profiel
- You have a Master's degree, combined with at least 5 years of experience within relevant domains, such as customer service, inside sales, S&OP, ….
- You are a strong and experienced people manager with at least 3 years of experience in a relevant people management role, such as customer service manager or inside sales manager.
- You have in-depth knowledge of S&OP, demand planning and/or forecasting and are able to interpret, structure and challenge data from other stakeholders.
- You combine strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude with the talent to think strategically and driving results on both short and long-term.
- Excellent communication skills are a must for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English and Dutch is necessary, French is a plus.
- You have extensive Excel knowledge. Experience with SAP is definitely an asset here as well.
