As a Customer Care and Field Engineer your main task is regional field engineering and you will be responsible for scheduled maintenances, service interventions and providing (remote) support to customers. You will also support our Business Line Projects with the inspection, testing and commissioning of our process installations on a safe a highly qualified level. In both roles you will be the crucial link between the customer and the internal organization. You report to the Business Line Manager Customer Care. Tasks:
- You provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- You perform maintenance, check-ups and inspection on J-Tec installations.
- You conduct I/O testing and commissioning of new installations, coordinate the commissioning process and supervise third parties involved in the commissioning.
- You prepare intervention and commissioning documentation.
- You perform hardware adjustments (electrical and mechanical).
- You provide feedback on the progress of orders or interventions to customer care project officers or the project manager.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Automation is a plus (Rockwell, Siemens PLC, …).
- Because of your experience or education, you have a broad technical knowledge (electrical and pneumatical).
- In the possession of a driver’s license type B.
- You have fluent knowledge of Dutch and English.
- You possess a technical degree from a higher education (Bachelor) or relevant experience.
