Your mission:

As an AR accountant:
As credit officer:
- Contact customers;
- (Un)blocking of orders;
- Monitoring of credit limits;
- Sending customer reminders;
- Follow-up of dispute in collaboration with Customer Service and Key Account Manager (KAM);
- Collaboration with the Cash & Treasury Manager on cash management;
- Follow-up of the customer ageing balance;
- Intervention in the creation of new customer;
- Preparation of customer reports
As an AR accountant:
- Encoding of bank statements;
- Follow-up from an accounting point of view of customer dispute invoices;
- Monitoring and cleaning of customer and customer-supplier accounts;
- Collaboration with the AP accountant for payments;
- Closing operations and reports;
- Encoding of rebates invoices
Profiel
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor Degree
- You speak French and English. Dutch is a plus!
- You have at least 2 years of credit control experience
- You have good listening and communication skills
- You have good priority management and a sense of responsibility
- You are organized and versatile
- You enjoy working in a team and you take initiatives
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have a good knowledge of SAP
