As a Corporate Legal Counsel, you will be a key member of the legal team, providing comprehensive legal support with a primary focus on technology-related contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Primary focus on technology contracts: draft and negotiate a wide range of technology-related agreements, including SaaS, cloud, and technology development contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Legal expertise in contract and company law: apply profound knowledge of contract law and company law, particularly in the context of a listed company, to assess and advise on legal implications.
- Legal support across the group: provide comprehensive legal advice to internal clients, offering pragmatic, business-friendly solutions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: participate in transversal and multidisciplinary projects across the organization.
- ESG advisory: support the sustainability team with legal guidance on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
- Regulatory awareness: stay updated on legal and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance within the organization and facilitating their implementation.
- Policy and procedure review: assess and streamline internal policies and procedures from a legal perspective.
- Litigation oversight: occasionally follow up on litigation procedures with external counsel.
- Reporting: report directly to the group head of legal, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals.
