As Business and Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services your responsibilities will be :
- Lead business development efforts, opening new job opportunities by identifying client needs.
- Build strong, solution-oriented relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from client briefing to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Stay up to date with Luxembourg's financial regulations and HR standards, applying this knowledge to each interaction.
- Collaborate with the BELUX Banking & Financial Services team to drive business growth.
