Business Administration Assistant with excellent English and French

You'll be responsible for:
- Bank statements recording and reconciliation
- Finance email boxes management
- Sorting incoming emails by category
- Send answers to members (using canned emails in some cases)
- New company's members : maintain master data in systems (CRM, BOB)
- Reminder for payment of company's membership fee invoices
- Follow-up company's members resignation, bankruptcy, insolvency, liaise with external cash collection agency
- Monthly invoicing company's audit partners and direct debit (SEPA) payment
Profiel
- You have a bachelor degree in finance.
- A first relevant experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory - since it's a junior, mid-career postion.
- You have an excellent knowledge of the English and French language.
- You have strong skills in Outlook, Accounting software, CRM, Excel, Word
- You are organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, a team player.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
