As a Senior Client Advisor, you will have the following responsabilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing timely and accurate assistance


• Offer financial advice and guidance based on client needs and product offerings


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and improve processes


• Assist with onboarding new clients to the investment platform


• Identify potential client concerns and escalate issues as needed


• Stay up to date with financial markets, products, and regulations

As a Senior Client Advisor, you have the following profile:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a client support role within the banking or financial services sector


• Strong knowledge of financial products and the ability to provide expert advice


• Fluent in French and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work in Luxembourg and adapt to a fast-paced, startup-like environment


• A client-focused mindset, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities


• Familiarity with investment platforms and financial technologies is a plus
