Administrative assistant
Functieomschrijving
- Monitor and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls and e-mails
- Centralize and coordinate information flows
- Follow up on all kinds of administrative tasks related to sales, purchase and service activities
- Manage mailing and marketing activities
- Update all customer-related data
- Double-check translation of documents and mailings
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service department
- Contribute to expositions and other sales-related events within the group (which requires occasional travel within Europe for this purpose)
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree or experience in administration.
- Experience in sales or back office or administration is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French both spoken and good knowledge of English
- Willingness to work at the front desk as well as to work at the office and from home
- Interest in B2B markets
- Detail-oriented, reliable, independent working style along with a team player approach in an international and multicultural organisation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
