Team Assistant - Real Estate - Luxembourg

Functieomschrijving


  • Handle the database update the CRM system

  • Manage the invoices requests and fee pipeline

  • Be the point of contact between two different teams

  • Create and manage a variety of internal and external documents, including marketing emails, PowerPoint presentations, reports in Word, Excel spreadsheets, client leads, and expansion plans.

Profiel


  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, such as a back-office assistant or receptionist.

  • Familiarity with real estate is a bonus, but not required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Fluent in French AND English.

  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
