Would you like to help shape the further expansion of our services to our clients? Then maybe you are the colleague we are looking for in our Talent Management Public Sector team in Ghent or Brussels who - like us - strives for quality and professionalism. Someone who makes the difference for his/her clients - beyond commitment.
  • As Project Assistant, together with your fellow assistants, you provide administrative support to a team of consultants for Talent Management projects for government clients. 
  • You play an indispensable part in ensuring that projects run smoothly. You form a tandem with the responsible consultants in every phase and provide a fast and high-quality service in terms of process monitoring, planning and follow-up, reporting and invoicing.
  • You highly value customer service and look forward to maintaining daily contact with clients and candidates, both verbally and in writing.
  • For various projects you guarantee that presentations and reports are delivered to clients in perfect condition (completeness, spelling, layout, branding) and on time.

Profil

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Experience in a similar position as a Project Assistant is a plus.
  • You have good language skills and can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
  • The common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) hold no secrets for you.
  • You have an eye for detail and can work in a process-oriented way.
  • Responsibility, proactivity, autonomy and team spirit are in your blood. You solve problems creatively.
  • You have a strong “can do” mentality, you are passionate about making a difference for our customers.
