Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international setting? As a Payroll Officer your expertise will be essential in ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll be an integral part of a close-knit team, collaborating to ensure precise and timely payroll processing.

Description de la fonction
The scope of responsibilities for this role as Payroll Officer include:
- Handle payroll for both workers and employees in partnership with the social secretariat;
- Manage and execute monthly payroll reporting;
- Oversee and ensure accurate time tracking;
- Assist in managing group and hospitalization insurance, keeping information up-to-date;
- Stay informed on social legislation and ensure it is correctly applied;
- Proactively seek opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes;
- Provide advice and support to HR colleagues on payroll-related matters;
- Engage in various HR projects as needed.

Profil
The requested qualifications for this job include:
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in accountancy, business management, or economics;
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and precise;
- You can manage sensitive and confidential information with care;
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office applications; experience with E-Blox, Protime, and SuccessFactors is a plus;
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English;
- You work well in a team.
