As the Office & Management Assistant, your tasks will be to:
- Help with internal and external communications (update website and internal communication tool, drafting newsletters, updating the social media channels)
- Help organizing internal & client events & projects
- Arrange travels for managers (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Administrative support to the HR team
- Help with office management (order new materials, contact suppliers, admin)
- Follow-up invoices
Profil
- You obtained a Bachelor or a Master degree
- You have a professional proficiency in English
- You have a professional proficiency in French (OR in Dutch but with basics in French)
- You are eager to learn, motivated and have a positive attitude
- You are dynamic, social and like to work with people
- You like the mix of teamwork and autonomy
- You are organized
