HR Representative (12-14 months assignment)
Description de la fonction
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless business operations, handling a variety of HR tasks and processes, including company cars, insurances, and employee surveys.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, from onboarding and performance management to legal compliance.
- Drive effective communication initiatives, including newsletters and updates on policies and changes, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Partner with various departments, providing dedicated HR support and expertise.
- Foster strong relationships with unions and syndical delegates, playing a key role in the collective labor agreement (CLA) process.
- Champion talent development and succession planning by consulting on career paths, skill development opportunities, and growth plans for our teams.
- Be a change agent! Lead and participate in exciting (inter)national projects focused on talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, employee engagement, wellbeing, sustainability, future of work, and process optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with our HR Center of Excellence (Global Workforce Operations) to leverage expertise and best practices.
Profil
- Degree preferably in the field of human resources, law, business organization, psychology or similar.
- Experience as HR Generalist or Business Partner, ideally in an international (matrix) organization.
- Good understanding of employee and organizational development, experience in coaching and advising managers, and knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English with the ability to connect effectively with employees at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to develop sustainable HR solutions.
