The hired individual will be attached to the International and Institutional Affairs Department – Mobility and Congress, primarily responsible for administrative management of the department.
Tasks
- Administering the management of the department's email inquiries and secretarial tasks.
- Processing various documents.
- Providing administrative support to team members.
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in administration
- Proficient written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, dynamism, adaptability to priorities, and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office)
- Knowledge of the academic and research world
Offre
- Contract Duration: From May 2024 to September 2024
- Gross Monthly Salary: €2,700 gross per month
- Meal Ticket: Face value of €8 per working day
- Reimbursement of public transportation expenses
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 7 hours and 15 minutes per day, totaling 36 hours and 15 minutes per week, full-time
