As Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager you develop, implement and manage accurate payroll & personnel administration. You manage bonus or incentive plans, benefits and other non-cash compensation for the company’s Belgian workforce.

Job description
- Personnel administration, payroll and benefits administration for the 2 Belgian production plants and the central administration office
- Ensuring services that are on time, accurate, in line with national legislation, chemical industry regulations and company policies and practices
- Audit employee data management, payroll results and benefits entitlement to ensure legislative and awards compliance is adhered
- Evaluate current procedures, software systems and third-party vendor resources and recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements
- Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising local HR Managers and management on needed
- Ensure effective, cost-efficient and productive team work
- Monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee salary and benefit entitlement and payments and ensure that employees understand and value their overall reward package
- Identify reporting requirements of the business and the various governmental bodies and prepare the correct set of reports
- Provide general support to the local HR Managers and the CHRO (such as support in the HR Projects related to legal, compensations and benefits).
Profile
Skills and education we are looking for - You have a master degree in law, social legislation or equivalent by experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role in an international environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you convince by knowledge and experience
- Structured, organised, analytical and numerate
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
