Job description

For our client located in Brussels, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with focus on facility who, with precision and enthusiasm, will come to strengthen our team.
 
Are you ready to make your mark on our administration? 
  • structured management of documentation and compliance with internal procedures
  • processing and managing requests and orders through various systems
  • actively searching for materials and tools to support operational needs
  • accurate recording and monitoring of inventory
  • managing and monitoring digital dashboards
  • good management and follow-up of cleaning activities
  • coordinating and managing waste processing procedures
  • developing and documenting new procedures for operational efficiency
  • maintaining an up-to-date safety register
  • follow-up of interventions
  • managing and monitoring safety inspections and comments from recognized bodies

Profile

Are you our Administrative Assistant?
  • experience in a similar administrative role
  • good knowledge of Word & Excel and experience with Sharepoint
  • knowledge of Power and Power BI is a plus
  • accuracy and attention to detail
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proactive and solution-oriented work attitude
  • good knowledge of Dutch and basic knowledge of French, both spoken and written
