The Assignment:
Spreading the word about vacancies through various channels, including social media, advertisements, and recruitment agencies.
Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both local and international candidates, prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience.
Assisting hiring teams in scheduling and coordinating interviews, as well as managing feedback in the e-recruiting system.
Drafting employment contracts for new hires and facilitating their onboarding process.
Depending on your interests, you may also participate in various HR projects led by the talent acquisition team.
Profiel
Passion for HR administration and a proactive attitude towards optimizing processes.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced Excel skills for reporting purposes.
Fluent in English with professional communication skills; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Aanbod
Duration: Minimum until the summer period
Desired start date: As soon as possible
Work regime: Full-time preferred (40 hours/week), but 80% is also possible.
Homeworking possible in agreement with the team and workload
