Travel Assistant at the U.S. Embassy in Belgium
Functieomschrijving
The job holder manages individual and group hotel bookings, VIP visits, and events. Provides travel policy guidance and advice to Tri-Mission employees and coordinates visit assistance with a wide range of foreign affairs agencies based in Washington, DC. Incumbent is often called upon to facilitate a better understanding of the U.S. Government’s specific requirements for hospitality services on the local economy.
Profiel
EDUCATION: Secondary school.
EXPERIENCE: 4 years in the travel field, hotel or tourism.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English. Fluency in French or Dutch.
DRIVER'S LICENSE: B
